How Does It Work?

- Startups connect with you - Apply to your favourite roles & receive applications from startups who think you're the perfect fit for their role.
- Support to nail your interviews - Access comprehensive training guides, receive individual interview support and chat to Jumpstart alumni about their interview advice. You'll have everything you need to land your dream role.
- Join "the best startup community in London" - Once you land a role, you'll join the Jumpstart community for access to everything you need to grow - think mentorship, events, training, socials & more.
On average, it takes ~4-6 weeks to receive an offer and you can participate in the programme whilst in full-time work. Starting salaries range from
£30-45k + equity
The Roles
Common Roles Include
- Generalist Marketing: Work across all areas of marketing & shape marketing strategy.
- Growth Marketing: Use data to identify which channels will accelerate a company's growth across the whole marketing funnel.
- Social Media Marketing: Create scroll-stopping content & launch high-impact social campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement & growth.
As is the nature of startups, you'll be given lots of opportunities to take on responsibility & grow quickly within your role. Our alumni have gone from marketing exec to marketing lead in just over a year
