Due to continued business growth, PawsomePaws Boutique are seeking a talented, enthusiastic, E-Commerce assistant with fantastic knowledge and a good understanding of the E-commerce management platforms ideally Shopify.

You must have a minimum of 1+ years' experience in E-commerce, be a self-motivated individual, organised and have great commercial awareness.

Pawsome Paws Boutique are a dynamic and innovative online retail dog accessory brand based in Leeds.

We are a small fast growing team looking for the right individual to add value to our e-commerce side of the business.

Role - Manage the day-to-day operations of the online store,

• Update of stock and inventory.
• Create new product listing; ensuring data and content is ready for new product launches.
• Create trigger points for restocking and reporting back to the management team.

- reporting best sellers and low performing products to social team.

• Monthly and annual reporting to the directors.
• General website maintenance; updating of banners, updating product and landing pages. Update of wholesale website and optimise user experience.
• Reporting any issues to our software partners.
• Working closely with our creative and social team to ensure the website is up to date
• Provideideas to optimise customers experience, average order spend, cross and upselling etc.
• Management of stock for retail orders and forecasts.

The successful applicant must have:

• 1+ years' experience within website maintenance and reporting from a similar background
• Experience with content, product & inventory management
• Skills and knowledge of Shopify, or very similar platforms
• Strong copywriting and editing skills
• Numerical and intermediate Excel skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work independently or as part of the team
• Share our passion for the brand; working in a fastpaced & growing environment. Essential that all necessary skills can be demonstrated at interview

Salary:
£23,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
