    The ideal candidate will provide legal support to our business operations in Northern Europe (UK and Nordic countries). They will have a background in reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts and be comfortable with complex areas of law.

    Your Tasks:

    • Reviewing, drafting, and negotiating all types of commercial contracts, including supplier agreements and sales/distribution arrangements.
    • Functioning as a business partner for all business functions, providing key legal guidance to the procurement department.
    • Providing legal advice and support to internal stakeholders on various commercial matters, ensuring alignment with business objectives and risk management strategies.
    • Supporting the Director Legal & Compliance Northern Europe in implementing company policies and procedures.
    • Executing the Beiersdorf Compliance training program.
    • Assisting in the development and implementation of company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
    • Collaborating with Beiersdorf's Corporate Legal Affairs functions at headquarters and other in-house lawyers across Europe.
    • Conducting legal research and staying updated on relevant laws and regulations affecting the UK.

    Your Profile:

    • Experienced UK qualified lawyer with 3-6 years of post-qualification experience.
    • Knowledge in drafting commercial contracts with a keen attention to detail.
    • Experience in IP and consumer protection law is advantageous.
    • Proactive, structured and independent working style.
    • Hands-on problem-solver with a can-do attitude.
    • Digital mindset.
    • Strong communication and presentation skills to translate and communicate complex legal matters clearly.
    • Team player.
