BILINGUAL TRAVEL CONSULTANTS - EDUCATIONAL TRAVEL
We have an exciting opportunity for four hard-working and enthusiastic bilingual/trilingual Travel Consultants to join us and make a difference from day one
We are a provider of educational and cultural tours for schools and colleges and we're looking for people to join our multilingual office environment.
Fluency in English and at least one other Modern Language is a pre-requisite.
You will develop and organise travel packages from a range of suppliers to create cultural and educational tours to the UK, Europe, and beyond, for a customer base of schools and other educational establishments.
You will be the primary contact for your customers, providing outstanding customer service and managing every aspect of their trip.
Strong organisational and communication skills are essential.Primary Requirement:
Excellent written and spoken English.
Responsibilities include:
- Followingup customer interest and marketing initiatives
- Providing advice about organising tours and travel to different destinations
- Developing travel itineraries and ensuring that all the needs of the customers are met
- Liaising with suppliers to make arrangements for transport, accommodation, and activities
- Building lasting relationships with customers, evaluating their trips, gathering feedback and ensuring they book again
- Dealing with payments and general administration tasks
- Dealing with unforeseen issues and involvement in the outofhours response rota
