Manchester Airport

Salary:
£30,284

Shift Pattern: 4 On 4 Off Rotational (24hr Operation)

PLEASE NOTE:
The role is based within an Airport.
You will be required to under-go Security Vetting Processes ( including a criminal record check ) if you are to be successful for this position.

DHL work in partnership with easyJet at Manchester Airport to provide operational support.

No two days on our Aviation contract are the same You will play an integral role in the operation, working to tight timeframes but delivering fantastic results.

WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?

Ensuring all tasks are covered on the ramp for a successful ground handling operation.
Working well underpressure and to strict timeframes to ensure tasks are allocated fairly and consistently
To deliver safe and ontime departure for passengers
Communicate with colleagues and our customer on a regular basis

WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?

Experience of Aviation Ground Handling Operation
Previous Planning / Allocator experience preferred
Good IT literacy with a sound knowledge of Microsoft Packages including Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint
Excellent communication skills at all levels
Ability to quickly and accurately react to any given situation
Well organised, selfstarter and able to work on their own initiative

SECURITY PROCESS TO WORK WITHIN AVIATION AND TRAVEL AT DHL

Be able to provide 5 years address history
Be able to provide 5 years reference history (employment/education/benefit claim/character)
To obtain a full airside ID
