Through a sustained period of growth, we now have a vacancy for a passionate, driven and proactive HR Advisor to join our team.

Your duties will include but are not exclusive to:

Managing an employee's life cycles administration requirements
Work closely with our external employment law advisors to ensure continuous legal compliance
Assist in upskilling Line Managers within the business, coaching through situations to encourage accountability and responsibility
Act as point of delegation for Head of HR
Note taking in any investigations/hearings/meetings

The person:

2 years in a HR advisory capacity ideally within a fast paced, telephone based setting
Possess fantastic organisation skills
Computer literate
Ability to work in a fastpaced office environment
Able to work on own initiative
CIPD level 3
