Description
Kingswood Group are delighted to be working with a growing high-end retail business in West London, to recruit a HR Manager on a permanent basis.
This is a generalist and standalone position, providing HR advice and expertise to the business.Duties to include:
- Acting as the main HR contact for the business
- Managing ER cases
- Working with line managers on recruitment activity and assisting in the interview/selection process
- Responsibility for all employee/HR records and documentation, ensuring the HR system is kept updated
- Managing operational HR coordination and administration including payroll preparation, compliance, onboarding, benefits and reward
- Implementing individual development plans and administering training programmes when required
- Supporting with the annual salary review processes
- Office management duties
Experience required:
- Experience working as a HR Manager and ideally within the retail sector
- Strong communication skills and the ability to challenge/influence
- ER experience is essential
- CIPD qualified or working towards
