Kingswood Group are delighted to be working with a growing high-end retail business in West London, to recruit a HR Manager on a permanent basis.

This is a generalist and standalone position, providing HR advice and expertise to the business.

Duties to include:

Acting as the main HR contact for the business
Managing ER cases
Working with line managers on recruitment activity and assisting in the interview/selection process
Responsibility for all employee/HR records and documentation, ensuring the HR system is kept updated
Managing operational HR coordination and administration including payroll preparation, compliance, onboarding, benefits and reward
Implementing individual development plans and administering training programmes when required
Supporting with the annual salary review processes
Office management duties

Experience required:

Experience working as a HR Manager and ideally within the retail sector
Strong communication skills and the ability to challenge/influence
ER experience is essential
CIPD qualified or working towards

This role offers hybrid working ? 3 days in the office and 2 remote. Due to the business need, flexibility to attend the office regularly will be essential
