Deputy Nursing Home Manager / Deputy Clinical Lead

Hours:
Monday - Friday / 8am-4pm (These are flexible)

Location:
Lytham St Annes, Lancashire.

Fully supernumerary role with opportunities for overtime and salary enhancements.

Overview On behalf of highly reputable client Cureyoursearch are currently recruiting for an experienced Nurse Qualified Deputy / Deputy Clinical Lead. This client is passionate about people centred care and specialises in care and nursing medium size home for residentswith dementia needs.

As a Nurse Qualified Deputy, you will support both Manager & Clinical lead with the day to day running of the home.

Main responsibilities are to focus on quality assurance, compliance, assist with aspects of medicine management, recruitment and managing carestaff.
You will be working in an homely working environment with all staff aiming for high standards.
A high quality home-made meal is also provided on every shift for staff.

Location of the Deputy Nursing Home Manager role:
The office can be accessible Lytham, Blackpool, Ballam, Moss Side, Peel, Warton, Freckleton, Wesham, Weeton and surrounding areas.

The Deputy Nursing Home Manager

Must be nurse qualified with great clinical skills
Must have experience of leading a team
Must have elderly care experience
Must be passionate about person centred care
Must have good communication skills

The Deputy Nursing Home Manager Package:

£40,000 salary

The Deputy Nursing Home Manager Process:
