About the role

Balfour Beatty are currently looking for a Commercial Administrator to join our growing Rail Plant business based out of our London Hither green Depot or Nottingham Sandiacre Depot.


What you'll be doing
As a COMMERCIAL ASSISTANT, your accountabilities will include but not limited to:

  • Support team in the undertaking of administrative and work winning duties
  • Processing data within the Oracle R12 system
  • Support Commercial leads during month end ensuring system accruals are accurate and billing of jobs are undertaken
  • Collating and Preparing customer invoices
  • Point of Contact for Commercial Administration
  • Management of internal record keeping and archiving
