HR Advisor - 12 Month FTC Initially - Marlow/Hybrid (2 Days Office) £30,000 + Excellent Benefits

The Company & Role

  • Providing day to day advice to all levels of the business regarding workplace issues and development
  • Updating and maintaining HR records across systems
  • Providing advice and assistance on policies, procedures and legislation
  • Assisting with ER issues
  • Leading new projects and implementing new initiatives
  • Management of Reward and Recognition systems
  • Playing a major role in work reviews and HR change processes

What you'll need to be successful
You will ideally be CIPD level 3 and have worked within HR for 2 to 3 years.

This role could suit an individual who has experience as an HR Assistant who is looking for that next step up to an advisory role.
