HEAD OF BRAND

Salary:
£70K to £85K + generous bonus
Remote working position (with a Head Office in London)

Amber Employment Services is partnering with a leader in their field looking to add a talented Head of Brand to a to a growing team.

This offers a chance to be part of a rapidly growing company and the next success story.

You'll work to ensure that the brand remains recognisable, up to date and exciting to customers. To do this, you'll be continuously monitoring marketing trends and maintaining an eye on competitive products in the marketplace.

As the Head of Brand, you'll be meeting regularly with Senior Management and stakeholders to develop, implement, and execute marketing initiatives.

What you'll be involved with:

Overseeing and tracking the annual budget ensuring it is full maximised
Developing team goals and objectives
Identifying and building key relationships
Defining and monitoring key metrics

What they're looking for:

Bachelor's Degree and significant experience leading a brand or communications team
Evidence of overseeing global teams across a range of markets
Ability to work with all levels of management, excellent negotiation and influencing skills
Strong project management skills
Experience with digital asset management tools, analytical tools, and content management systems
