Description
Western Counties Roofing are looking for an administrator to join our team as maternity cover with the possibility of a permanent position at the end of the period

You will need to be able to juggle a busy and reactive workload, managing several projects at one time. This is a diverse, hands-on role that requires both excellent interpersonal skills and advanced administration and systems experience.


Roles and Responsibilities:


  • Being the point of contact for our communications suppliers and dealing with any internal IT / Telephony issues
  • Good working knowledge of the Microsoft suite, including Outlook, Excel, SharePoint & Word
  • Liaising with other members of staff to create and manage job files.
  • Archiving old job files
  • Keeping our purposebuilt CRM up to date with active and closed jobs
  • Communicating with housing developers to arrange retention repayments
  • Chasing outstanding Customer Care invoices
  • Assist the Commercial Manager with final accounts.
  • Reviewing stationery stock levels and reordering
  • Offer varied support to Directors, including but not limited to, recruitment, running of social media campaigns, creating, sourcing and ordering of marketing materials, new starter set ups

Requirements:


  • Well organized and able to manage own time effectively
  • Confidently use accounting software (Sage 50 Accounts)
  • Good problemsolving skills
  • Good computer literacy skills
  • Be able to work well within a team and under own directive

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
From £20,000.00 per year
