This business is highly regarded for their training & development and clear progressionpath, with many Trainees, Recruiters and Account Managers later becoming Senior Managers within the organisation.

On Offer for the Recruitment Consultant

  • Annual Salary of £25,000 £28,000
  • Company bonus
  • Great hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am 5.30pm

Duties for the Recruitment Consultant

  • As Recruitment Consultant you will meet and exceed set targets ensuring that the business is the primary choice for their clients.
  • By initiating and developing long term client relationships the Recruitment Consultant will build a network of professionals available to place into roles.
  • The Recruitment Consultant will contribute towards the ongoing success of the business by maximising opportunities and negotiating the most advantageous rates and will take responsibility for escalating and resolving any complaints efficiently.
  • As Recruitment Consultant you will ensure that correct sales processes are followed and that all compliance documents are within the regulations and guidelines.
  • The Recruitment Consultant will be expected to accurately maintain the CRM database and ensure that invoices are presented in a timely manner.

The ideal Recruitment Consultant

  • 6 months plus experience within a direct customer and telephone environment is preferred.
