Overview:

The client I am working with is a well-known design and consultancy practice based in London. They are seeking a Senior Energy Carbon Consultant to join their highly motivated team.

This is a really exciting opportunity to make a real difference by accelerating their portfolio of clients transition to a more sustainable future.

Role Responsibilities:

As the Senior / Principal Energy Carbon Consultant you will be supporting the development of energy infrastructure strategies for new developments and estate renewal.

You will also have the opportunity to support the sustainability team in the development of sustainability strategies.

Preferably a Chartered Engineer (CEng) or working towards chartership and member of CIBSE, EI, IMechE.
Experience in the latest policies relating to sustainable development
Experienced in energy and carbon modelling using SAP, PHPP and IES
Proven experience carrying out energy audits of existing buildings and advising on energy efficiency measures
Technical experience carrying out solutions such as heat networks, thermal storage and low to zero carbon technologies
Experience preparing Sustainability and Energy Statements for planning
