Experience/Skills:

• A wellrounded secondary education or equivalent industry experience
• Experience of working in mortgage processing, ideally in completions or working with mortgage brokers
• The autonomy and confidence needed to operate in a fastpaced startup environment, with the ambiguity that can present
• Experience as an administrator within the financial services industry, with a keen eye for detail and excellent keyboard skills.
• Excellent decisionmaking skills and the ability to be accountable for their own decisions
• CeMAP preferred but not essential, with the opportunity and support to work towards qualifications encouraged
