We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Housekeeper to join our team at Marlin.

As a Head Housekeeper, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness, orderliness, and overall appearance of our serviced apartments to ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction.

They'll lead a small team of housekeepers and work closely alongside the facilities team to ensure the rooms are maintained and cleaned to the highest standards.

Essential Experience

Experience as a Head Housekeeper or similar role in the hospitality industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.
Excellent organisational and timemanagement abilities.
Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate the work of housekeeping staff to ensure efficient operations and exceptional cleanliness standards.
Train and motivate housekeeping staff to maintain a high level of performance and professionalism.
Preparing task lists for housekeepers; ensuring all departures and mid stay cleans are scheduled correctly.
Conduct regular inspections of apartments and common area to ensure cleanliness standards are met and maintained.
Oversee inventory management of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained.
Collaborate with other departments, such as front office and maintenance, to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Adhere to health and safety procedures to provide a safe environment for guests and staff.
