We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Housekeeper to join our team at Marlin.

As a Head Housekeeper, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness, orderliness, and overall appearance of our serviced apartments to ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction.

They'll lead a small team of housekeepers and work closely alongside the facilities team to ensure the rooms are maintained and cleaned to the highest standards.


Essential Experience

  • Experience as a Head Housekeeper or similar role in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.
  • Excellent organisational and timemanagement abilities.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate the work of housekeeping staff to ensure efficient operations and exceptional cleanliness standards.
  • Train and motivate housekeeping staff to maintain a high level of performance and professionalism.
  • Preparing task lists for housekeepers; ensuring all departures and mid stay cleans are scheduled correctly.
  • Conduct regular inspections of apartments and common area to ensure cleanliness standards are met and maintained.
  • Oversee inventory management of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as front office and maintenance, to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Adhere to health and safety procedures to provide a safe environment for guests and staff.

Salary:
Up to £40,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

  • Bonus scheme
