- Assist with data entry and maintaining electronic and physical filing systems
- Prepare and edit documents, reports using computerized tools
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings
- Provide administrative support to team members as needed
- Proficient in using Microsoft (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and other computerized tools
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy
- Previous experience in an administrative or office assistant role preferred
- Knowledge of "Proclaim" software is a plus
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problemsolving skills and ability to work independently

Salary:
£19,247.00-£19,900.00 per year
