We are currently looking to recruit a Cleaning Operative for our site in Copthorne.

Monday to Friday 06:00 - 10:00

For this role we will need to carry out DBS and 5 year history checks

The main purpose of the job is to work as part of a team or individually to carry out machine and manual cleaning of warehouses and office facilities.

Key responsibilities

Ensuring the office are thoroughly cleaned each night to a high standard
Cleaning of staff facilities such as the canteen and toilets
Replenish any consumables required
Occasional working in the warehouse
Maintain a clean and safe working environment at all times
Adhere to all ISM and client health and safety rules and requirements
Wear any required personal protective equipment (PPE) or sitespecific clothing as directed
Vacuuming of rooms and corridors and emptying of waste bins
Dusting and wiping furniture, ledges, chairs, and skirting boards
Sweeping and mopping floor surfaces
Report anything in need of repair or replacement
Record all cleaning tasks as directed
Maintain good relations with client staff, contractors, and visitors to the site

You will report to the Service Delivery Manager
