As an integrated midstream energy company SEFE has an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate to join the risk team in Manchester.

From day one we will support you in developing the technical, digital, and professional skills for you to succeed as a risk professional.

Working closely with a wide variety of stakeholders you will gain exposure across operational, credit and market risk.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
From day one you will be responsible for meaningful work. Rotating around operational, credit and market risk you will

Be aware of and monitor macroeconomic trends and their implications on the risk environment
Identify areas of improvement in procedures based on best practice in the risk function
Participate in the production of risk management content and materials for monthly and adhoc management reporting
Support the incident management programme
Understand and review the credit process and systems from origination to fulfilment
Support projects across the risk function
Conduct relevant analysis, for example analysis of portfolio risk

WHAT YOU WILL BRING
You will be an ambitious individual looking to join an organisation where you can thrive. As a minimum you will have secured the following

Three A levels (or equivalent) at grade A
C or equivalent
Minimum of 5 GCSE's (or equivalent) at grades 9 including Maths and English

You will also demonstrate
- _Analytical thinking_ - you are able to analyse situations to identify key issues and define clear criteria for decision making
- _Problem solving and initiative _- you can assess pros and cons and use logic to guide decision making
- _Planning and organisation_ - you can manage your time effectively, prioritise both work and tasks, review progress and changes plans when needed
- _Results focus_ - you demonstrate drive and focus on completing tasks and objectives
- _Communication_ - you can communicate confidently and clearly, both verbally and in writing
- _Working with others _- you demonstrate active listening, can build rapport and collaborate with colleagues
- _Proficiency in Microsoft Office _
- _Knowledge of coding languages - _python desirable
