Description
Our client is a friendly, down-to-earth local agency who are looking for a Property Manager.You will be looking after a portfolio of properties (around 70) and duties would include:
- Marketing properties, making sure we have up to date pictures, agreeing rental with landlord and other terms
- Booking viewings & carrying out viewings
- Looking after maintenance, keeping tenants and landlord's informed
- Updating properties when required, such as carpets, décor, new kitchens and bathrooms
- Managing the referencing, chasing, drawing up tenancy agreements, organsing check in packs and booking check ins
- Includes all aspects of lettings except for collecting rents, chasing late rent and organising the certs
- The portfolio will be a mix between professional properties and student HMO's; for professional lets you would organise check out reports, cleans and inventories (Student properties are organised as a whole by another member of staff)
- The summer is our busiest time (August and September)
Hours - 8:45-17:30 Mon
- Fri, weekend 8:4517:00.
You can be given a traders permit so you can park anywhere in Brighton and Hove.
Salary is dependent on experience, £25-28K.
