Description

The Position:

  • Starting in February 2023 and lasting until the end of the academic year
  • Working 3 days per week, on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays.
  • Pay: up to £199 per day (dependent upon experience and Teacher Scale)


As a Maths teacher in this role, you will be working in a large Maths department led by an experienced Head of Maths.

You will be responsible for the planning and delivery of engaging and effective Maths lessons to Key Stage 4 students.

You will also beexpected to complete all marking and assessment responsibilities of a full-time teacher. However, you will benefit from departmental support and guidance.

To qualify for this role, you must:

  • Have experience teaching Maths to Key Stage 4 students.
  • Hold a PGCE or equivalent.
  • Have an Enhanced DBS Disclosure.
  • Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable).
  • Professional reference checks.
  • CVs must cover the last 10 years of employment history (where possible).
  • Have legal Right to work in the UK.
