Futures is working alongside our client in search of an experienced Sales Manager for their busy Dealership in Dorset.


This is a great opportunity for an experience motorcycle Sales Manager or an experienced Sales Manager with a passion for Motor bikes to join a large successful company with lots of opportunities for further progression.

To succeed as the Motorcycle Sales Manager, you will need:

  • To Have a proven track record building, developing and managing a motorcycle sales team
  • To be able to build relationships with colleagues and customers
  • To Inspire your team to deliver exceptional customer service
  • The ability and drive to achieve monthly and quarterly targets consistently
  • The ability to organise and prioritise work effectively
To succeed as the Motorcycle Sales Manager, you should have:

  • A passion for motorcycles
  • The ability to deliver results
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Hold a full motorcycle and driving license
This is a full time permananet postions with the ocasional weekend shift.
