About Our Client:

The key responsibilities of the Planning administrator are:
- Manage and coordinate the planning and programming of one-off and contractual clean and disinfection work within the work management system.
- Ensure efficient and advance planning of work as directed by relevant managers.
- Produce and distribute job cards to technicians as required.
- Notify contractual customers of intended site visit dates and schedule work accordingly.
- Communicate with customers regarding outstanding work to ensure timely scheduling.
- Collaborate with managers and technicians to ensure work is completed within specified timelines.
- Prepare necessary paperwork for infield staff to facilitate accurate work completion.
- Support efforts to improve infield work efficiency.
- Contribute to the ongoing improvement of the planning department's efficiency.
The Successful Applicant:
The successful Planning administrator will have:
- The ability to be flexible, accountable, and a team player.
- The ability to multitask.
- Familiarity with UK geography is also essential.
- The ability to work well under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
- Great time management skills
