Nusteel Structures are recruiting for an Environmental, Health & Safety, Quality, and Industrial Covering Advisor to work with one of the country's leading steel fabricators.

An exciting opportunity to work and train in a well-established compliance team covering all the major ISO standards and more.

Specialist training will be provided where necessary.

Responsibilities:

Provide advice and support to operatives and management with daytoday assistance on paint management and quality issues.
Assist with Environmental & Sustainability internal/external audits.
Coordinate and assist with Quality Assurance processes and internal/external audits.
Work with the compliance team on HS related operational issues, e.g., risk assessments and responding to general queries.
Coordinate with clients on the delivery of Inspection and Test Plans, QA Plans and Post completion Client Quality Packs.
Provide specialist advice for specialist industrial covering and preparation programs and activities, where appropriate.
Assist with the preparations and management of the site emergency planning arrangements.
Undertake internal audits in line with international standards.
Support the continued development of EHSQ policies and procedures.
Participate in EHSQ investigations and help deliver any required internal training.
Maintain various databases including Network Rail Standards, BSI, and COSHH.

Key Skills:

NEBOSH General Certificate or similar H&S Qualification
Previous EHS experience / proven background in an industrial, process driven or engineering setting.
Understanding of EHS legislation
Working knowledge of ISO 4500
Working knowledge of ISO14001, Environmental Permitting.
Working knowledge of ISO 900
Confidence using relevant IT systems.
