A fantastic opportunity has opened for a corporate solicitor in Leeds

Our client who are fast growing within their competitive corporate department, seek a corporate solicitor ideally 2-6 years PQE to join their highly experience team.

Within the department they handle matters including the full range of M&A, private equity investments, buyouts, joint ventures, partnership matters, reorganisations and acquisition finance.

You will have the opportunity to work alongside and assist the partners in the team on high value transactions and manage your own caseload of smaller transactions without supervision.

You will have significant cross over with the other departments in the firmand be able to focus on business development and growing relationships.
