Description

Do you have experience working with database's such as Blackbaud or a similar grant management database? Do you have the ability to problem-solve, troubleshoot and follow projects through to completion? Do you have strong attention to detail?

A great opportunity for a Grants Database Officer to join a unique Crown Charity who provides charitable support including annuities, sheltered housing and education.

Reporting to the Charity Manager you will play a critical role in the charity's team's delivery and understanding of the organisations grant giving impact.

About the role

This is a 12-month fixed term contract, with possibility of extension which operates mainly remote working only 1 day per week in the London Office.

The salary is £21,000 - £22,800 for 21 hours per week (pro rata to a full-time salary of £35,000 - £38,000)

As the Grants Database Officer, you will take a lead on ensuring the optimum use of the charity's new grants management database including grant analysis, production of reports and greater understanding of the grants portfolio.

You will also support the internal team and external applicants to navigate the database and will occasionally support the Charity Team in its agile grants assessment, delivery and monitoring of the company's grant portfolio.

To be considered you will have ;

Experience of either Blackbaud or a similar grant management database
Grant advice, assessment, and monitoring experience
Ability to manipulate software data to produce information and statistics that enable the understanding of trends, opportunities, and gaps.
Ability to plan and organise a wide variety of job assignments simultaneously, with minimum supervision.
Ability to problemsolve, troubleshoot, and follow projects through to completion.
