Lester Aldridge has an exciting opportunity for an experienced lawyer to join our fantastic growing Real Estate Development team in our Southampton office to include some remote working.


You will have the opportunity to be part of the transactional team supporting developer clients working alongside colleagues from our other offices.


You will have gained extensive experience in this area, with a proven track record and will have excellent technical knowledge, communication, organisational and IT skills.

You will be skilled in drafting and negotiating a variety of real estate development documents and comfortable with business development activities and initiatives.

You will have experience in supervising colleagues and managing client relationships. You must be a team player.
