Job Description:


We have a window of opportunity to position ourselves as the home for buyers looking to understand their true affordability.

To do this, we are looking for an experienced and data-obsessed Performance Marketing Lead to manage our paid search & social activity.

You'll be focused on driving acquisition, conversion and upsell for our first-time buyer and 'booster' audiences.

You'll build on our existing data infrastructure to ensure data driven decision making lies at the heart of your efforts.


Most importantly, you'll be using the data and customer insight available to you to answer some of the stubborn 'whys' at Tembo, test our assumptions & improve revenues.


Responsibilities will include:


  • Own the development, execution and reporting of best in class paid media campaigns across: Google (YouTube & Search), Meta, TikTok
  • Develop and own experimentation for all paid media activity prioritise based on potential impact and feasibility
  • Develop Tembo's data infrastructure for paid activity
  • Manage budgets and campaigns across digital channels

Qualifications:


  • 5+ years experience in performance marketing
  • Specialism in paid search
  • Entrepreneurial you thrive in uncertainty
  • Obsessed with data analysis you don't make decisions based on gut feel
  • A 'doer' you don't need execs to manage the minutae of the account
  • Well versed in the best tools for retrieving, analysing and visualising data
  • A team player who cares about collaboration you'll get the team behind your initiatives
