SALES ASSISTANT

Motorline Direct are currently seeking to an enthusiastic Sales Assistant to join their forward thinking team at their sports, prestige dealership in Loughborough.

As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting our sales executives in all aspects of sales as well as engaging with customers and delivering exceptional customer service.

This role would be ideal for someone who has an interest in the Automotive industry and is looking to grow their knowledge and experience in sales to eventually become a Car Sales Executive.

About the Role

• Assist with all sales administration
• Shadow and assist the sales team
• Assist with the presentation of the forecourt / site
• Update prices in vehicles
• Appraise Part Exchanges
• Get vehicles ready for test drive
• Meet and greet customers and assist them whilst they are onsite
• Answer the overspill of phone calls
• Deliver excellent customer service to every customer

About You

• Must have a genuine desire to work in the Automotive Industry
• Have a good basic knowledge of vehicles
• Be proactive
• Be of a dynamic and personable character who is willing to learn
• Be experienced in delivering excellent customer service in a professional environment
• Be a team player and have acute attention to detail
• Must be computer literate and have an aptitude for technology
• Hold a full, clean UK driving license

What's the package?

As a Sales Assistant you will work on a rotating shift pattern which equates to a 5.5 day working week over a 4 week period where you will receive every Sunday off and one day in the week every other week.
