Your Main duties will be taking phone calls and dealing with customer issues of their solar installs, raising cases aand foloowing them up, keeping the customers informed is key.


  • Providing administrative support to the team
  • Managing and organizing files, documents, and records
  • Answering phone calls and responding to inquiries
  • Scheduling appointments and meetings
  • Assisting with data entry and maintaining databases
  • Coordinating travel arrangements and accommodations
  • Performing general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing

To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:

  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, scanners, and copiers
  • Experience with QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus
  • Accurate typing and data entry skills
  • Proven administrative or clerical experience

£20,565.00-£21,483.00 per year
