Your new role:
A Manager in the firm's General Practice department, managing a portfolio of clients from a variety of sectors, providing compliance services, supported by junior team members your time will consist of:

  • Full accounting including personal and corporate tax returns for a sizable portfolio including HNWIs, small and medium sized companies and trustees
  • Review and finalise client records, completed work programmes, file sections and crossreferencing schedules
  • Provide projection and forecast information
  • Prepare budgets
  • Review and confirm completed selfassessment and corporate and partnership tax returns
  • Manage client relationships, undertake an active role in developing the portfolio and increasing the profile of the firm in the market
  • Delegate and review the work of staff; actively recruit train and develop the team

Your experience will show:

  • A professional qualification (ie ACA, ACCA) those who are qualified by experience will also be considered
  • Proven success with client and team management, in either a management or supervisory post, within a firm of chartered or certified accountants.
