Sales Manager - £30,000-£32,500 - OTE 50K
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a
Sales Manager to join our the team at our New Site in Bristol


Who are we?


SuperBike Factory was founded in 2010 and we are the largest retailer of used motorbikes in the UK and Europe.

We have 2 Master Sites in Macclesfield and Donington, which both incorporate a large Workshop and Bike Showroom.

The growth of our business inthese 2 sites is beating all expectation and has led to our new site opening in Bristol.

There are further plans to open more sites later in the year and in 2023.

Our Bristol site with be a smaller site of 14,000 square feet.

There will be a bike showroom, workshop and will be open to the public to browse the bikes that we have on sale.

We are looking for a Sales Manager to oversee the whole site, but your primaryresponsibility will sit with the sales team.

The responsibility of the
Sales Manager will be the day to day trading of the site,including the Sales Team.


A Day in the Life of our Sales Managers:

  • Managing 4 Sales Executives
  • Overall responsibility daily of2 Technicians 3 Valeters
  • Assist in recruitment drives and the continued expansion of the department.
  • Coaching our Sales Executives to deliver outstanding customer service.
  • The Sales Execuitves will be responsible for the face2face sales on site, but they will also have sometime on sales calls
  • Reporting to senior management
  • Identifying trends and areas for growth & improvement.
  • Driving performance and motivating your team to reach their desired goals.
  • Being a proud and passionate ambassador of the SuperBike Factory family.

What you'll need to be successful:

  • Good leadership+Coaching skills
