We have an exciting opportunity for a Strategic Procurement Management Consultant to join a world-class consultancy, who are experts in their field.
They are looking for a talented and driven individual who can provide expert guidance and strategic insight to their clients on complex procurement challenges.
This role offers the opportunity to work with industry-leading organizations, enabling you to drive procurement transformation and make a real difference.
As a Strategic Procurement Management Consultant, you will play a key role in helping clients achieve their strategic procurement objectives.
You will work with clients to identify areas for improvement, design innovative procurement strategies, and provide expert advice on complex procurement challenges.
You will lead procurement transformation projects and manage project teams to ensure successful delivery on time and within budget.This is a fantastic opportunity to use your experience and expertise to make a tangible impact on procurement performance, and to further develop your skills within a dynamic and innovative consultancy.
To be successful in this role, you will need extensive experience in strategic procurement and procurement consultancy, with a track record of delivering cost savings and value creation.
You should possess excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate teams of consultants to deliver successful outcomes.
Strong communication and presentation skills are essential, as is the ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships. CIPS qualification is desirable but not essential.Key responsibilities:
- Provide expert guidance and strategic insight to clients on complex procurement challenges.
- Work with clients to identify areas for improvement, design innovative procurement strategies, and provide expert advice on complex procurement challenges.
- Lead procurement transformation projects and manage project teams to ensure successful delivery on time and within budget.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, identify new business opportunities and build the company's reputation as a leading procurement consultancy.
- Contribute to the development of procurement best practices and industry thought leadership.
