A Day in the Life:


As part of the Inside Sales team, you will be in daily contact with numerous customers from Research organizations, Start-Up companies or public institutions.

Your engagement and level of commitment will ensure that our clients will get the right selection of products that will fit their current and future needs.

Your guidance will help navigate them through our organization and processes and receive the best support which will ensure they are on their way to reaching their goals.

Being part of the inside sales team will be introduced to many diverse parts of the function. You will have a wide portfolio of tasks to complete.

Plus test your natural curiosity in providing technical advice to customers proactively, educating customers on our products and services and creating potential business leads to rolling out sales action plans to project and measure your business progress.

Education

Experience

  • Effective project management adhering to established timelines.
  • Maintain PowerBI dashboard and provide reporting support for the system and users.
  • Develop automated data loads and schedules to ensure timeliness of information.
  • Perform ad hoc analysis via Cognos and Excel to support Sales Management.
  • Maintain and supervise data accuracy e.g., mapping from external data source and Sales Hierarchy/Territory maintenance.
  • Support the execution and data integrity of strategic projects.
  • Establish measurements and targets based on historic and forecasted data.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

  • Students required to complete a 12month internship.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and willing to improve it.
  • Strong desire and motivation to develop a career in Sales operation/data analysis.
  • Leadership and team building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of a crossfunctional team.
  • Ability to learn, be mentored, and improve.
  • Customer focus.
  • Previous industrial experience is desirable
  • Experience with handling databases and SQL/SOQL is plus
  • Accuracy and attention to detail is required in performing all functions of this position.
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills are required.
