The role


We are looking for an experienced conceptual creative/graphics designer to lead our design team within the growing design and communication department.


Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire design team and provide overall creative direction consistent with Radius brand strategy
  • Stakeholder Management
  • Manage external agencies, printers as required
  • Own endtoend process including work intake and prioritisation of design team work/ projects
  • Ensure design execution to Radius brand guidelines
  • Working alongside the marketing team to realise concepts
  • Communicating design updates to the wider business

You will be working on a wide range of assets for multiple countries and languages, preparing:

  • Marketing collateral
  • Point of sale material
  • Branding
  • Digital advertising
  • Printed materials

What do we expect of you?

  • Corporate design experience
  • Indepth knowledge of the Adobe Creative Cloud
  • 5 years + experience in graphic design job
  • Experience of managing a team
  • Strong visual, interactive and graphic design skill
  • HTML, CSS knowledge is a plus
  • Agency experience is a plus
