The Purpose of the Role:

To support the Directors, Consulting and Sales & Marketing team with the project coordination and administration of client projects and any other administrative duties that are deemed to be reasonable.

Zircon Management Consulting Ltd (Zircon) is a rapidly growing entrepreneurial Business Psychology Consultancy specialising in the area of talent.

Established in 2000, Zircon is privately owned and consists of a team of 21 consultants and colleagues - our team is very friendly and supportive.


Our approach to talent is based on years of research with organisations and we work hard to develop theories and thought leadership in the talent arena.

We partner with our clients to design and deliver talent assessment, development, succession, engagement, restructure and coaching projects. We design bespoke solutions for our clients and partner with them to deliver regional, international and global projects.


The Contract:

The role is full-time for an initial period of 6 months, 5 days a week (Monday to Friday) with flexible hours for the right applicant.

Our office hours are 08.30am to 5pm.

To be considered for this role you must live in the UK and be eligible to live and work here and be fluent in written and spoken English._


The Location:
The role is based working from home. We do have a Head Office in Coulsdon, Surrey. The office is close to Coulsdon South Station / Zone 6.

It is not a requirement to visit the office, however some of the team travel to the office one or more times a week in order to interact as a team.


Reporting to:
Sarah Linton - Direct of Talent and COO.


Project Coordination:
Support the consultants with project planning, project management, associate booking, associate management, project coordination.


Main Responsibilities and Requirements:


Office Support & Administration

  • Coordinate and project manage with the sales and client project teams
  • Maintain sales templates, personalise content and issue materials when requested on behalf of the sales team
  • Contact clients to obtain missing information, issue requested information or answer queries
  • When required, book client meetings and travel on behalf of the Practice Leads
  • Maintain and update sales and customer records
  • Invoicing and management of contracts (Terms of Engagement)
  • Communicate important feedback from customers internally
  • Report sales targets and any deviations to the Directors
  • CRM and mailing system data maintenance and management
  • Involves extensive data inputting
  • Use a suite of client and internal IT systems and platforms
  • Manage the client inbox and problem solve related queries
  • Take minutes of regular client and project team meetings
  • Undertakes ad hoc administration and research projects as required
  • Willingly supports the team with any other tasks that are deemed to be reasonable

Is extremely accurate and detailed when dealing with client documentation and data. Checks all output against required standards.

IT Literate:
High level of awareness and competence with IT systems and platforms.

Deliver Project and Results:
Supportive and open to new tasks and requirements. Agrees to new projects and tasks willingly. Proactive in asking Directors and Consultants for tasks and providing support. Workload is varied and busy and therefore requires excellent organizational skills with a methodical and thorough approach.


Salary:
The hourly rate is £11-13 per hour depending on experience.
