Their team is growing in every area as new clients come on board and existing clients grow, and there is now the opportunity for an Event Project Manager to join their team in a fully remote role.


THE ROLE

Whilst this is a fully remote position you'll be working closely with (and supported by) other PM's working on a wide range of events.

No two days will be the same, but broadly responsibilities include:


  • Acting as key point of contact for the client
  • Taking briefs and leading client meetings
  • Overseeing project timelines and deadlines
  • Managing supplier relationships including briefings and negotiations
  • Working with venues, DMCs, technical teams, etc.
  • Managing all event logistics including travel, accommodation, ground transfers and social programme
  • Overseeing the delegate registration process including managing all communications
  • Building and reconciling event budgets
  • Working within pharma compliance guidelines
  • Delivering events onsite
