Zenith is one of five distinct agency brands within Publicis Media, one arm of Publicis Groupe.

Publicis Media is a brand led organisation powered by the scale and insight of the practices; Publicis Media Exchange, Publicis Media Content, Performics, DataSciences and Commerce.

We're looking for a Finance Manager to join our central Finance team.

In this role, you'll work with Zenith to help them deliver all of their finance needs, supporting them on a day to day basis as well as with ad hoc projects and being a valued businesspartner to the agency's senior leadership team.

What will I be doing?

In this role, you'll oversee the financial management of Zenith UK, which includes but is not limited to revenue reporting, revenue forecasting, month end reporting audits, review and analysis of direct costs Reporting to the Financial Controller, and liaisingwith the senior management team, our Finance Manager will assume a hands-on role with the responsibility for the day-to-day financial operations.

You will prepare accurate and timely reporting of monthly P&L and Balance Sheet reports, as well as preparing monthly commentary on key revenue variances.

You will be required to review the balance sheet reconciliations and prepare the FMC (financial monitoringcontrol) packs.

In addition, you'll own the revenue recognition and forecasting process and will manage the NOP (Net Open Position) to minimise FX exposure.

You will manage and limit risk on accrued revenue, debtors, and IC balances working together with ourshared service centre and Client Accounting team, and assist the practice leads with tracking of revenue and projects billed in timely manner.

Qualifications

What are we looking for?

Ideally, you will have some experience in a financial role with revenue reporting, forecasting and month-end playing a key part in this experience.

Hopefully you'll have gained your experience in a media agency environment or the wider media arena.

You'llalso be extremely accurate in your work, and have a real eye for detail, with a keenness to drive continuous improvement across the Finance team.

Experience of DDS would be a distinct advantage and advanced Excel is require. You will pride yourself on yourability to partner and influence creative colleagues and senior stakeholders.
