WE ARE HIRING


Our company is searching for a motivated and experienced recruitment and compliance administrator to guarantee that our business processes follow all relevant framework and internal guidelines.

Your duties will include reviewing applicant files, updating company policies, and responding to framework updates.


Key to this role will be consistent pre-employment checks following stringent rules to ensure our workforce are compliant to work and provide quality patient care.


Responsibilities:


  • Maintain an effective legal compliance program.
  • Pre screen and evaluate applicant compliance
  • Report to management on performance statistics
  • Create and manage effective action plans in response to audit discoveries and compliance violations.
  • Ensure all employees are educated on the latest regulations and processes.
  • Resolve employee concerns about legal compliance.

Requirements:


  • Proven work experience in recruitment.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and HR databases
  • Familiarity with social media and other professional networks
  • Experience in talent acquisition

Salary:
From £23,400.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Overtime

Supplemental pay types:

  • Performance bonus
