Advert Band 6 Children's Complex Care Nursing Care Co-ordinator

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated Children's nurse to join an established team of Children's Complex Care Nurses in Birmingham.

This is a city wide service that offers personalised specialist nursing support to children & families with a variety of highly complex physical health needs.

We provide bespoke commissioned packages of care to children within their own homes, schools and other community locations. The service operates seven days a week and 24 hours a day.

The post holder will be responsible for delivering high quality nursing care according to agreed standards which are set and monitored.
