We have a fantastic opportunity for a Permanent
Business Support Coordinator to join our Avon and Somerset Courts Account in
Bristol Magistrates Court - Marlborough Street, Bristol BS1 3NU This role is onsite based.
Amey delivers facilities and estate management services to the regional headquarters and courthouses for North Somerset and Bristol through a Private Finance Initiative contract.
Every day our people keep 18 courtrooms, 40 custody cells, 30 interview rooms, public areas and administration offices secure, safe, clean and complaint.
We work in partnership with our clients and end-users to ensure our 24/7 services are delivered to the highest standard with minimum impact or disruption to day-to-day operational requirements of the schools.

You will be responsible for:
- Maintain and update records within various management information systems.
- Undertake general 'team' admin duties as and when required
- Maintain office systems
- Undertake other basic business support duties as part of a team
- Perform other duties as requested by the Manager
- Program, allocate and coordinate Helpdesk Tasks, through liaison with the Operations Team
- Participate in daily performance conference calls
- Liaising with our Site Teams
- Managing Helpdesk tasks
- Carry out jeopardy management
- Ability to communicate professionally and effectively, both verbally and in writing
- Allocate the correct level of work to ensure SLA's are met
- Note taking
We want to hear from you if you have:
- Proven ability to manipulate systems and databases
- Able to communicate professionally and effectively, both verbally and in writing, within all levels of the business, and to external parties such as the client and tenants
- Ability to give daytoday direction to all team members
- Excellent customer liaison skills
- Previous experience of CAFM system desirable
- Evidence of some project coordination
- Good numeracy & literacy
- Experience/use of MS Word and MS Excel in a general administrative role
- Good organisational and planning skills
- Knowledge of SAP
