Maintenance Person required at our venue Manor Adventure, Abernant Lake Hotel, Llanwrtyd Wells,


We are looking for an experienced, self-motivated person to perform the role of General Maintenance Person with the minimum amount of supervision.

This will involve carrying out general building/maintenance tasks to the highest possible standard that have be assigned by the Maintenance Manager.

**You will be responsible for:
- *
  • Conducting routine inspections of premises and equipment.
  • Performing preventative maintenance.
  • Handling basic repairs and maintenance.
  • Centre grounds upkeeping.
  • Assisting the maintenance manager in the upkeeping of health and safety for the guests and employees around the site.
  • Checking for any new reports that may have the need to be urgently fixed.

What experience do you need?
Ideally we are looking for someone who is a good all rounder of all aspects of maintenance.

Due to the centre being so large you will need to be a good team player but also capable of working by yourself dependant on the task.

This position is available for an immediate start.

Salary is dependant on experience.


Salary:
£9.50 per hour
