This is a unique role supporting the administration of HR and Rewards & Benefits. As part of this role, you will become a super user of our People System (Sage People).

You will support HR generalist and Rewards & Benefits administration including onboarding, producing employment contracts and addendums as well as being first point of contact for all people queries and updating our People System.

This role will be working towards gaining a level 3 HR Support CIPD Qualification.


Accountabilities:


  • Advocate Good Energy's culture and role model the mindset and behaviours which align with it
  • Be the first point of contact for HR and Benefits queries
  • Be responsible for HR and Benefits administration, including producing employee documentation and managing the new starters' onboarding and processing leavers
  • Manage our People system as our super user
  • Display effective communication and ability to build relationships internally with employees, stakeholders, leaders and externally with providers.
  • Promote people and benefits opportunities through our internal communications including our intranet.
  • Maintain a strong sense of integrity when dealing with confidential information

  • Strong customer service skills to ensure we're communicating with our people and leaders in an effective and professional manner.
  • Organised with great interpersonal skills, enjoys solving problems and getting stuck in
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft office, including PowerPoint and Excel skills
  • Techsavvy
  • Able to prioritise and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills able to build good working relationships
  • Driven and proactive, looks to see what needs to be done, and thinks ahead
  • Is a flexible team player
