JGA are working with an exciting business in Birmingham who are going through mass growth and are now seeking a talented and experienced Payroll Manager to join their team.


Responsibilities:


  • Strategically lead, motivate and manage a payroll team.
  • Managing a highvolume, monthly payroll.
  • Maintaining strong relationships and an accurate payroll function.
  • Ensuring all Payroll Compliance is met.
  • Balancing the payroll accounts by resolving payroll discrepancies.

Requirements:


  • Ideally needs to be CIPP qualified.
  • Experience managing a team of 3 or more.
  • Experience dealing with high volumes of payroll.
  • Experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
