Description

Assisting with daily living activities such as eating, bathing, showering, dressing, and toileting.

• Helping residents with mobility such as transferring bed to wheelchair/armchair. Utilising equipment to move patients when necessary
• Maintaining a clean and safe environment for residents, including cleaning and Helping tidy the residents' rooms, and disinfecting the equipment.
• Keeping accurate records of residents' care.

- providing emotional support to residetns and thier families including listening their concerns and providing reassuring to them.

• Communicating with the health care team about any changes in residents condition.
• Assisting nurses and other staff when needed
• Adhering to professional standards
• Delivering reports to Case Managers and reviewing any important changes in the patient's condition

Salary:
£10.00-£11.00 per hour
