Description

Lara Search are currently seeking for a dedicated Classroom Assistant to join our dynamic team of educators.

As a Classroom Assistant, you will work alongside experienced teachers to provide a positive learning environment for our students in our schools.

Responsibilities:

Assist the teacher in preparing lesson plans and instructional materials.
Help supervise students during classroom activities, including group work and individual assignments.
Provide support to students with special needs or learning difficulties.
Assist in maintaining a safe and organized classroom environment.
Grade assignments and provide feedback to students.
Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding their child's progress.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in education or related field preferred.
Experience working in a classroom setting or with children preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and other staff members.
Patience and compassion for students with different learning needs.
Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
