Location:
Maidenhead, with a minimum of 2 days a week in the office


Contract Type:
Permanent


Salary:
£50,336 - £62,920, depending upon skills and experience


Hours:
Full Time, 37 hours per week

As our Head of Health and Safety, you'll take the reins of our global H&S management system, ensuring the safety of our team and visitors across our sites.

Dive into innovation, crafting and implementing cutting-edge global safety standards, transforming H&S systems of work, and spearheading the digitisation of core processes.


Your role is pivotal - from producing reports for senior staff and H&S safety committees to conducting on-site inspections and audits.

If you have experience with

  • Developing, writing, and rolling out Global Safety Standards
  • Undertaking site inspections and audits
  • Creating an organisationwide positive safety culture
  • Initiating change, including streamlining processes and activities
  • Implementing new H&S systems of work and the digitisation of core processes
  • Writing reports for senior staff and H&S safety committees
  • Managing safety advisors
  • Delivering H&S in an international environment
