A busy and vibrant property specialist have a new opportunity for a Lettings Negotiator or Lettings Administrator to join their successful residential and commercial property management team.


A brand with a long-standing reputation for providing a comprehensive lettings and management service across a mixed portfolio of properties across East Anglia and Hertfordshire.

You'll be dealing with prospective tenants, registering, and matching themto potential properties, taking viewings, handling client enquiries, customer service and related property management admin.


Previous property experience locally in residential, block management or commercial property is essential - you'll have the chance to develop a career within residential or commercial property.

Strong admin and customer service skills and a genuine interest in property are a must.


You must drive to be considered and be based locally in Cambridgeshire, St Neots, Huntingdon, Ely or Newmarket or similar.

Salary to reflect your property experience salary circa £22 - £26k with real career development.
