Job Profile


Jo Holdsworth recruitment are currently recruiting a Legal Administrator on behalf of a well-established Legal Services business, based in Leeds City Centre.

As a Legal Administrator, you will be primarily responsible for assisting the Solicitors with general administration tasks.

Responsibilities will include, but not limited to;

  • Taking telephone calls and directing to the relevant person or taking notes
  • Dealing with and managing queries
  • Scanning and filing documents where required
  • Producing letters and documents
  • Day to day general office duties

Experience, skillset and /or qualifications required:

  • Experience within an administrative role
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Experience working within a Legal firm doing Administration would be desirable
  • The ability to work using own initiative
  • Good data inputting skills

Salary:
Up to £25,000 depending on your level of experience

Leeds City Centre
