Job Profile
Jo Holdsworth recruitment are currently recruiting a Legal Administrator on behalf of a well-established Legal Services business, based in Leeds City Centre.
Responsibilities will include, but not limited to;
- Taking telephone calls and directing to the relevant person or taking notes
- Dealing with and managing queries
- Scanning and filing documents where required
- Producing letters and documents
- Day to day general office duties
Experience, skillset and /or qualifications required:
- Experience within an administrative role
- Strong communication skills
- Strong organisational skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Experience working within a Legal firm doing Administration would be desirable
- The ability to work using own initiative
- Good data inputting skills
Salary:
Up to £25,000 depending on your level of experience
Location:
Leeds City Centre
