Would you like to make an exciting leap into the world of Household Insurance? We are currently recruiting for a talented Underwriting Administrator to work as part of our established Household team.

If you are a self-motivated and tenacious individual who is comfortable working towards deadlines within a fast-paced environment looking to progress, this could be the role for you.


Role:
Household Underwriting Administrator


Location:
Liverpool or Formby/ Hybrid


Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 9am to 5:30pm


What you will be doing:


  • Handling internal referrals from sales/renewal team & customers
  • Validating all online sales
  • Assisting and learning underwriting
  • Inviting renewals & completing lapses
  • Dealing with existing customers for midterm adjustments
  • Working alongside a growing team to ensure key deliverables and SLA's are achieved

  • Confident telephone manner with excellent customer service skills
  • Patient and empathetic
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise work load
